Children Fiction Books tell the story of Frosty the Inappropriate Snowman. Frosty, the Inappropriate Snowman, was created by Suzie, a child who loved the Snowman.
The story began when Suzie decided to build a snowman in her garden. The winter was very cold and Suzie had nothing to do being holed up at home. School was temporarily closed because of the snowy weather.
Suzie started building her version of Frosty the snowman. Suzie raided her mother’s fridge for a carrot to make Frosty’s nose. Suzie raided her father’s wardrobe for an old hat for Frosty. Daddy wouldn’t miss his tattered gardening hat, Suzie reasoned as she placed it on Frosty’s head. Frosty was looking like an appropriate snowman, just like the traditional snowman pictures found in all children fiction books.
Suzie looked at Frosty the Appropriate Snowman and thought he wouldn’t look so naked with a scarf. A holiday scarf with the traditional red and green colors would do it for Frosty.
Suzie raided Mother’s wardrobe for her Christmas scarf. Mother wouldn’t be missing this, thought Suzie. She hates X’mas colors anyway. Mother had often said red and green made her look like an ornament. Besides, the scarf was from Grandma, who wouldn’t be around to notice what Suzie has done with her gifted scarf.
Frosty the Appropriate Snow was getting dressed. Suzie thought Frosty still looked naked so she went to her wardrobe and raided it for a an old, warm, winter coat. Mother wouldn’t mind if I used this, thought Suzie. She had outgrown her old winter coat. The arms were too short and she was busting out of it.
Hmmm … does Frosty look Appropriate now? Does Frosty look inappropriate with his hat, scarf and winter coat?
Suzie was getting rather cold and hungry. Her mittens were wet from all her activities. Suzie returned inside to her warm, cozy home.
The day passed by with Suzy making herself busy with making some Christmas cards for sending out. By afternoon tea time, Suzie was done with card making. Suzie decided to visit her Frosty the Snowman to tell him about her day at home.
When Suzie got outdoors, Frosty was looking like an Inappropriate Snowman. The heat from the sun’s rays, coupled by the thick winter coat, had melted some of Frosty and he looked misshapen.
Oh dear! Suzie decided to strip Frosty. She removed his coat, scarf and hat. Suzie re-modeled Frosty by adding more snow to his body and patting them into place. There! Frosty was looking like an Appropriate Snowman again.
