This story in Children Fiction Books is about Tea Cup Pigs. While its name looks like a fiction, this pig actually exists. The pig is so cute, I wanted to create a story for it in my Fiction Book. A tea cup pig is a breed of pig that looks like a miniature pig. In fact, it is also known as the micro pig. Do you know that Rupert Grint and Paris Hilton have these small pigs? The video on tea cup piglets is pasted below.
Here’s my story.
One day, Orva, a tea cup pig, escaped from her pig pen. Orva was a brave little pig. Her owner, Pagen, had forgotten to close the door of her pig pen after she had left food for Orva. Pagen was in a hurry to go to school.
Orva, the teacup piglet, stood at the open door of her pen and sniffed the air outside. “Mmm … something smells good. Pagen’s Mom must be cooking something delicious.”
Orva looked around nervously. Yes, the coast was clear. She stepped outside and waited gingerly for something to happen. Orva half expected a monster to appear and gobble her up. After all, she was a tiny teacup piglet and was vulnerable to large animals. Nothing happened.
Feeling much braver, Orva trotted away from her pen, towards the general direction where the heavenly smell was wafting from.
Orva sniffed and followed her snout. The aroma was coming from the kitchen. Mmm … Orva almost went wild with excitement. It was salad with Parmesan cheese and Thousand Island cream. Pagen’s Mom had whipped up a salad for lunch.
The bowl was on the kitchen counter. Orva, the tea cup pig, used the tall counter stool to climb up to the counter. It was a slippery climb.
For every two steps that Orva climbed, she slid back one step. The teacup piglet was exhausted when she finally reached the top of the kitchen stool. Oh, no! The great big steel mixing bowl was as tall as a skyscraper on the kitchen counter. Orva was starving for salad and couldn’t think straight.
Suddenly, a bright spark struck Orva. The tea cup pig rocked the salad bowl. Orva was trying to tip the salad bowl!
The metal bowl rocked and went out of control. Suddenly, the bowl cupped over Orva. The little teacup piglet was trapped in a dark world of salad. Orva had trouble looking around her enclosure.
For the first time in her short piglet life, Orva was afraid. This teacup piglet was trapped in a dark place all by herself and she cried “Wee, wee, wee!” She had more salad than a tea cup pig could eat but she lost her appetite.
What should Orva do to save herself? Do you have any idea how the story would end in Children Fiction Books?
Well, Pagen’s Mom walked into the kitchen and screamed when she saw that her salad bowl had overturned. Mother lifted the bowl and found Orva shivering in fear.
“Naughty Orva! Naughty piglet” scolded Mother. She gave Orva a bath in warm, soapy water to wash off the salad dressing on her. Then, Mother returned the tea cup pig into her pig sty. Whew! Orva was relieved. She vowed not to venture out of her enclosure again.
